Four years to the day that his ashes were buried underneath the penalty spot at the Shed End saw the unveiling of the Peter Osgood statue outside the Millenium entrance at Stamford Bridge.

 

We have been incredibly fortunate over the years to have had such wonderful support from many guests who return regularly and we hope that you may all be free again to join us for yet another great day.

This year sees some changes. Due to the Olympics there are no race meetings in early August which has always been our time for this event, hence the new date of Sunday 1st July. We are also moving our party to the Royal Windsor Suite in the main Grandstand which boasts a fabulous large balcony overlooking the winning post and with superb views. Once again this will be a private function with all the facilities you have come to expect including Champagne & Pimms Reception, Luncheon with wine, Afternoon Tea, race card and private parking for our guests. It really is a lovely venue.

Each year we have been able to make donations to charity from the proceeds of a raffle and auction held on the day and this year we shall again support the Peter Osgood Trust together with a brilliant charity, Greatwood - Caring for Retired Racehorses which also helps children with special needs.

It really does seem impossible to believe that this is year ten and we hope that you can be with us to cheer on the horses in the ‘Ossie & Hutch Stakes‘ to mark this special occasion. Our race this year has been kindly sponsored by the Tote for which we are enormously grateful.

Invite your family and friends to share a great day in the company of special guests including ex Chelsea team mates of Ian & Peter and enjoy the banter of our MC Denis Bundy, whilst our Top Tipster will be on hand to guide you through the race card to ensure you make the most of your day.

Ticket price remains at just £99 per person for this fabulous day which starts at 11.30am with the first race scheduled at 2.30pm.
